Main Features:

They are the proper TECNICAPOMPE sanitary pumps. They are used in a variety of sanitary applications: Food industry, Chemical Industry, Pharmaceutical Industry, and so on:

• Juice, concentrates, milk
• Aggressive chemical products
• Products that can granulate
• Thick and fibrous mixtures
• Liquid and powder mixtures;
• Pharmaceutical industry in general.

Applications:

The NC.Z model is one of Tecnicapompe's official sanitary pumps. It has been designed, in order to avoid any points of stagnation, for the treatment of fluids and mixtures (up to 1500 cP) or liquids with solid particles in suspension (20% solids) that are small or medium sized (diameter ‹30mm).

The version with the external mechanical seal is mainly used in the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industries.

This pump can be combined with the TM mixer, in order to mix powder and liquids without creating crumbs (flour with water, powder with milk, etc.)

Reason to use N.CZ:

It is an high- sanitary pump, which can be also dismantle completely by hands.(according to the most severe European rules in terms of cleanibility of the pump).
