Centrifugal Pump - ZCD  Series

Main Features:

The pumps type ZCD are mixed flow with screwshaped impeller (single or double) or centrifugal with closed impeller. They are suitable for the Food Industry (wine, food and agricultural), Fish Industry as well as Chemical Industry:

• Pumping-over in vinification vessels
• Pumping systems
• Olives in brine (Belloliva); tamping (TPG system), potatoes, fish, and so on.

Applications:

The ZCD can be used with a variety of dense products (up to 1500 cP), with products that have solid particles in suspension (up to 60% solids & 40% water), or with products of considerable dimensions (up to 100mm. of diameter).

For example whole olives, live fish, fresh fruit, potatoes, various pastes / mixtures, etc. This pump is suitable for the Food, Chemical, Petroleum, and even Pulp and Paper industries.

In addition, it is used in the UPB and TPG pumping systems for a delicate transfer of the product.

Reason to use ZCD:

The ZCD is suitable for heavy working loads / volumes (up to 1.000.000 l/h), containing delicate solid particles of any dimension.
