Centrifugal Pump - TCV Series

Main Features:

The pumps type TCV are suitable for the transfer of clean liquid in the processes where high pressure and capacity are required:

• CIP cycles
• Plate exchangers and centrifuges
• Plants: mixing, saturation, and concentration
• The cover and the impeller are pressed in AISI 316L. Equipped with different accessories which allow a complete modularity of the pump

Applications:

Used in modern technological installations (concentrators, centrifuges, exchangers, blenders, CIP cycles, etc.), this model is a solution for processes that require the transfer of clean liquid without any solid particles in suspension (such as water, wine, etc.).

It has a wide performance range, due to the double version; the standard 'TCV' for higher performance and the 'TCV- 1' for higher capacity.

Reason to use TCV:

It represents an economic alternative to the NC.Z, when it is not essential to conform to stringent health standards. It is more economical, because it is made with moulded components.

Due to the closed impeller, the performance is highly improved, while consuming the same amount of energy.
